SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use Royal Mail standard first class to post our fudge.

Each bar is wrapped in deli counter wrap, a flavour label is placed on each bar. 5 bars go into a beautifully presented gift box. These can change throughout the year for seasonal purposes. 

Each box is then placed into a padded envelope and sent normally the day of or after receiving the order.

I will always obtain proof of posting. 

Please be aware that during occasions beyond my control, like the impact of COVID, postal services may suffer delays.

If ordering from overseas please be a little patient, it WILL get to you. The Fudge does not require refrigeration so don't be concerned about it losing its freshness.
