SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

We use Royal Mail to ensure that the fudge reaches you quickly and in good condition. If this is not the case then claims for damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If you are unable to take delivery of your order we cannot be held responsible for it not being collected from the Post Office in a timely manner.

Orders may not be dispatched during extreme weather conditions to ensure product quality. We will notify you if your order is affected by weather related delays.

We do not accept any liability for any errors arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

 

We currently only ship within the UK.

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days.

 

Shipping is calculated by weight and the correct weight will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

Under 2kg: £5.40 (for up to 3 boxes)

Over 2kg: £7.80

Royal Mail Tracked 48

Under 2kg: £4.25

Over 2kg: £6.90

Tracked 24 aims for next working day delivery. So please keep in mind it's NOT next-day delivery from when you place your order, but from dispatch. Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 working days. Royal mail do not deliver on bank, public and local holidays across all UK regions. Deliveries will resume on the next working day.

You will receive full tracking information with both Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services.

Please order carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of the product. 





 

REFUND POLICY

We can only cancel and refund your order if has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has left our premises, we can no longer process a refund. If you wish to cancel an order please email: enquiries@ukfudgeco.com as soon as possible.

Please order carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to the perishable nature of the product.

If you are not satisfied with your order because it is damaged, spoiled or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  To process your refund or replacement, we require a photo of the item in question.

Valid claims will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged.
